The center celebrates one year

Since the designation of the center in February last year some of the highlights include a new PhD, several articles published, the launch of the web page and the official opening in May 2016.

During the year the center has focused on identifying groups and networks that can help to quicker make a breakthrough and facilitate implementation of evidence-based studies in order to help patients getting a better treatment outcome. Thereforethe center established an Advisory Board, with 17 members representing highly relevant authorities and competences, as well as a smaller Task Force group.

WHO CC has been invited as speakers on several occasions, including governmental level as well as meetings with key opinion leaders. Collaborating is key. A webpage has been built up our webpage, a platform on social media and a communication plan, aiming to disseminate the new evidence on patient-centred health promotion and to get more traffic to our webpage.
