Gold standard programme for smoking cessation in DK works best

A new study by Mette Rasmussen and Hanne Tönnesen has just been published on BMJ open. The study compared different smoking cessation programmes.

The Gold standard programme for smoking cessation in Denmark works for both women and men. The result shows that one third of all the participants were smoke free after six months. The common gold standard programme in Denmark had the best effects since it worked for both men and women. Link to the artiecle; http://bmjopen.bmj.com/content/7/2/e013553
